Services Offered
Consultations/advice
Initial consultations and advice recommended.
Parent support – £55
To help understand and respond to children and growing teenagers. Gain insight into the effects these relationships may have upon all members of the family unit and resolve conflict.
Couples therapy – £70
To support couples understanding each other and help them explore their differences allowing them to consider what they would choose to be different. These sessions create a safe environment enabling the couple to consider if they are both willing and able to make the necessary changes to make their relationship more intimate and fulfilling. Working together builds mutual trust and respect in their relationship in addition to developing skills to compromise and work together as a team rather than as adversaries.
Individual Adolescents and Adults – £55
Individual therapy can support the exploration of your hopes, fears and expectations in a safe environment. It builds confidence, self-reliance and an ability to challenge life’s difficulties. Whilst accepting that some situations cannot be changed we learn to recognise what can be achieved and how to tolerate and live with the disappointment of those that can’t.
Family work/psychotherapy – £70
This work supports all family members and helps them compassionately understand and accept each other’s differences. It recognises that the family is a functioning unit but consists of a number of individuals each with their own needs. I often describe these interventions as being part of a team whilst recognising each individual’s talents and qualities within that team.
Psychosexual psychotherapy – 60 min – £85
Psychosexual psychotherapy is a specialised form of therapy that supports individuals and couples in understanding and improving their sexual and relational wellbeing. It provides a safe, confidential space to explore concerns such as intimacy difficulties, sexual dysfunction, desire differences, performance anxiety, or the emotional impact of past experiences.
By combining psychological insight with practical strategies, this approach helps people better understand the connection between mind, body, and relationships. It can support increased confidence, improved communication, and a more fulfilling and comfortable experience of intimacy.
Supervision – 90mins – £70 / 60mins – £55
Individual or group supervision offered.
Single session therapy – 90mins – £100
This is an opportunity for those with busy schedules or immediate difficulties that need an immediate intervention. The session works directly on the presenting concern, creates a plan to implement strategies that will make the difference to your life from the moment you leave the session.

Thought for today:
If you feel content with where you are, that is completely valid. But if something within your life feels unsettled or unfulfilled, it may be worth gently reflecting on whether you are postponing the changes you truly need, something many of us do at times.
If you already have a sense of what might help, consider what may be holding you back from taking those steps. And if you recognise the sources of stress, discomfort, or imbalance in your life, perhaps approach them with curiosity. What might feel difficult to face right now?
You might also reflect on what could be getting in the way of creating greater health, stability, and happiness. Is this the moment to begin shifting your focus toward your own agency, toward bringing more joy, contentment, acceptance, and a sense of control into your daily life?
If your answer is yes, but you feel you would benefit from some support along the way, then welcome aboard.
Warmest regards
Tonie Francine
